Thanks. OK, now here's my next question. Now that I've backed up to BIS, I've taken up around 14 MB of BIS storage. I didn't back up my music, books, programs, etc. They are still on my CF card. But even though it says 14 MB of BIS is used, when I open up File Explorer and go to BIS, all of the folders are empty.

So, my question is, suppose I want to empty BIS to get my space back, for whatever reason. How do i do that?
