GSFinder+ version... 1.99 I think... will show the file if you choose not to hide hidden, rom, and system files. It will be in the Windows folder...
Made a copy (just to see that I could access it). Yet, I was also able to access the file with Arcsoft Photobase. That software found the file to be 77k, 256 colors, 240x320, created/modified 02/20/2003 at 20:45, and of course a BMP.
So, in general, if you can't find the file, it IS there, but you have to find a file manager that can see the file first... then you can try to mess with the file...
I don't think the modification would cause permanent damange... but it might force a hard reset, so be careful!
