To access your documents on memory cards, here is what you need to do:

Create a "My Documents" folder on the card, and put your documents inside.
Delete the hidden file "ignore_my_docs" located at the root of the card. If the built-in file explorer doesn't allow you to see it, use the "Explore" feature of ActiveSync.
