Hi,

I just got a Dell Axim X30 and was wondering if I could surf the internet while it is docked in the cradle? I go into Pocket IE and can access sites with the IP address but not with the names (ie: www.microsoft.com). Which leads me to believe this is a DNS issue. Dell support told me that it is not possible to surf the net from the cradle at all, which doesn't seem right seeing as I can with the ip addresses. I have the "passthrough" in active sync set to *work*. I have tried both and neither work. What I am doing is trying to get my Today screen weather working and it cannot find the server - because it is a name rather than IP address. Any ideas?
