Well, I have this problem with the 1180:
Sometimes the Axim will come to a crawl and eventually stop. Removing the 1180 fixes that, but then the driver will not load and whenever I put the card back in I get a message that it is not recognized. Turning the Axim off for a couple of minutes usually fixes the problem, but this constant locking up makes it a bit unreliable.

Anyone seeing this? I seem to have the newest ROM (got the Axim 3 days ago) and driver for the 1180.
