i'm having a lot of luck w/ this but have 4 more questions :)
1. Is there a way to tell (maybe a rule of thumb) which file is the widescreen and which is the full screen version? trying to rip top gun and there are 2 equal files found (both 1:32). i want to get the full screen - is it typically the first or second for example?
2. Star Wars Clone Wars episodes (cartoon network) are 15 mins long - what's a good starting size for this (taking into account that it's a cartoon too which supposedly compress better w/o losing quality).
3. does SD or CF matter for any reason (one vs. the other)? now that i know how to do this i want to buy me some media!!!
4. i've downloaded and installed betaplayer 0.5 - do i also install "mpc.setup.STABLE.0.5.exe" (this file is from their "plugin" dload section) to get this x50v chip plug-in or does it just come w/ the stable ver?
THANKS!!! very happy to have finally figured this out thanks to this great tut.
EDIT: I answered my own question #2 if anyone's interested - i tested it at 50mb and 75mb and couldn't tell the difference.
