When I click the box that says "This netowk connects to the Internet" in my work netowk settings this goes away, but every time i try and do anything on the internet it says "The page you are looking for cannot be found" These are common pages like Yahoo and Google.
Any Ideas?
Also, when I get this working will I be able to retrieve e-mail off of my Microsoft Exchange server?

When you are at the page that has "This network connects to the internet, below that you should have a box that says " This network uses a proxy server to connect to the Internet". You should be able to put a check mark in that box, and then fill in your company's proxy server, and under advanced you can add other info as your company requires.
As for your E-mail, I am guess that if you know your e-mail exchange server name, you should be able to set it up to get your e-mail, unless your company only allows set (static) ip's into the exchange server.
