Follow up:
Today I typed the same exact path to connect to my PC and I can no longer get on it. I do not get an error message, but when I tap the folder is shows up as empty. I tested the same path format on another PC and was able to get on with all the folders showing. I knew something was odd.
I went back to reconnect to the first PC and noticed the path was showing three back slashes when I had only typed two (I know there were two because I copied and pasted the same path to connect to PC #2 and only had to change P3200 to P3400). I clicked the down arrow that shows all the previous paths that I had tried when I was first trying to get GSFinder+ to connect. In this list there were all the wrong paths that I had tried. I have yet to find a way to delete them. I am sure that if I could delete them that GSFinder would be able to connect again. I am not sure where this list is maintained. The Registry, maybe? I see some of the same paths there but nothing that looks like the entire list in GSFinder+. There are about ten entries all for the same PC that I need to remove.
Right now, Resco Explorer is looking pretty good for the $25. It is very easy to use and it has not failed to connect once.
