I use my Dell Axim extensively for my contacts. I presently have over 1,000. To keep my contacts organised I use my categories extensively. This was working quite well until I had to perform a hard reset. Although I had backed up my entire pda on the inbuilt backup application after I restored all my contact where restored but there were no categories. Even after I synced with my pc they failed to appear (in fact I overwrote the categories on my desktop).
Why are my categories disappearing and why am I having so much trouble getting them back.
Is there a better backup option that would return my system and mainly my contacts to their original state?
