well Lots of readers read pdb format which is one of the most popular. I use ubook book (which reads quite a few other non drm formats too)
A lot of the readers are free.. so you can have as many as you like.
I can see the point of DRM for ebooks.. After all I agree that authors should get paid for their work.. But i really dislike the way its implemented. So all of my ebooks are free ones (classics.. out of copywrite etc...) and for modern reading I either buy paperbacks (pbooks?) or visit the library (it works kinda like napster to go for p books :) )...
A Napster to go approach to ebooks would be a fantastic idea
