I am attempting to resolve an issue I have been having with my Axim X5 . I have added video files that I have been attempting to view using either Windows Media Player, & Pocket TV . For some reason, the Windows Media Player will only show the first 31 seconds of the file, even though it is much longer than that . I have tried to move the 'timeline cursor' past this point, & the screen is blank & the time does not move up . The file is approx. 20 minutes long, & when I slide the marker, the time will go up, but the video will not show .
And when I added a MPEG file to view on Pocket TV, it only shows the first 12 seconds . The time box is only showing that much time, as if when I Active Sync-ed the file to my handheld, it was not complete .
If anyone can give me advice on how to rectify this, I would be very appreciative. Thank you in advance.
