Mobility Site - View Single Post - Birthday & Anniversary Sync with Outlook 2003

I don't have any problems with birthdays/anniversaries with Outlook 2003, but I didn't enter them directly into the calendar or on the Axim - I added them to my contacts and let Outlook automatically add them to the calendar. They all show up fine on the Axim and reminders work also.
