The 1.6 update requires 1.5 stack to be installed as base first. The 1.6 is not a standalone update and will not work by itself.
AT THIS POINT, IF YOU ARE USING THE HP STEREO HEADSET. YOU CAN INSTALL THE NEW HP PATCH TO ENABLE ALL BUTTONS (VOL UP/DOWN/NEXT/PREVIOUS)

Futhermore:
After a hard reset (w/A03 ROM installed), I only install the patch from HP. BT manager does not show the High Quality Audio profile.
So it is necessay to perform the following steps in exact order:
1-Load the Broadcom 1.5 stack (CAB file)
2-Copy the Broadcom 1.6 stack (unzip and copy all files to \Windows)
3-Install the HP patch
4-Optionally copy the new BTTrayCE.exe for A03 (found in the beginning of this thread) to \Windows for the 3D-Icon look
