Well, you can either sign up for the for-pay POP3 access from Yahoo, or you can use OneMail.

I have never tried OneMail myself but I understand that it allows access to Yahoo, MSN, and Hotmail accounts.

I think that Pocket Lookout supports this.

Again, I have never tried this app, but it says that it can sync all Outlook items, icluding sent mail.
