I recently had to re-install Outlook, which went without incident. Since then, I get the following error message when trying to sync: "ActiveSync cannot log on to Microsoft Outlook..... You could have a conflict due to two folders on this computer are named C:\Program Files\Microsoft and C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office..." The only other files named this contain my mouse, ActiveSync and Office, and I didn't have this problem before. A soft reset does nothing. I even uninstalled ActiveSync 3.5 and downloaded ActiveSync 3.7, to no avail. Does anyone have any ideas? I am running on a Dell Optiplex, 1.0G, 512MB RAM, Windows 2000 and Office XP. I would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks.
