Mobility Site - View Single Post - Add/remove dialogue box keeps opening!!!!

For some reason, lately, the add/remove dialogue box opens whenever I run ActiveSync. Previously, it only opened when I was installing software, now everytime I sync! It's a pain.

Any ideas why this is happening and how to correct it?
