Hello everyone,

Here's the situation, I left for Mexico a little over a week ago for a much needed vacation. Since I wasn't going to be in the most Axim friendly environments, I decided to leave it home, where I knew it would be safe. However, when I got home on Sunday and tried to turn it on, nothing. I then charged it only to find that both the main and backup battery were completely drained causing me to lose everything. Before I left, the Axim was off, and I don't use alarms or anything that would cause the Axim to 'wake up'.

Is this normal? I thought the backup battery was supposed to keep the storage memory. Shouldn't it last longer than a week? Is this a defect in my device? Any help/info/opinions/advice would be greatly appreciated.
