They'll always have somekind of memory slot in future models. I have an SD memory card and a CF WiFi card. I tell every application to install on the SD card. Some still insist on putting some of their parts and pieces in main memory. It has been suggested that "today" screen plugins should be installed in main memory. I tried installing tdlaunch on the SD and it crashed partway through the installation leaving some bits that don't function but can't be deleted or uninstalled either. Judging by everyone else's success with tdlaunch I theorized that it was an application that could not install on the SD.
