I do that all the time (sometimes it's necessary to update the path in the registry, but in 90% of cases, it just works)
And a third option is to retrieve the CAB file from your PC install directory (There's ALWAYS a cab file) to install it yourself with CabInstl, rather than the automatic install.

Absolutely ! But this is unusual- you only GET the cab file in this case !!! You transfer the cab file to PPC and go from there. So if you don't have/download cabinstl it 'might' install into main memory (don't know, didn't risk it ! :exc: )
