Go to the .exe file on your card hold down your stylus then choose Copy, Now go to the Windows\Start Menu\Programs folder and Choose Paste Shortcut, rename to taste. Delete the old one from that folder first though.

PPX3k and eXperience, are today screen skinning programs that will let you do that other thing.
