You need 3 things that are supplied on the CD. R55367.exe is the USB driver for X5 from
Dell downloads and ActiveSync 3.8 is available from
M$.
The third thing you need is Outlook (not Outlook Express). It is not available by download but you may already have it (it's part of M$ Office). Otherwise, you'll need to buy it.
