Hello all.

I am a bit befuddled.

I got my brand new loveley x50v.

popped the accompanying disk with active synch 3.7.1 and tried to install it. I got an error. I couldn't even install the thing.

Then I tired 3.8. Same dance.

The error message is that I have a problem with :
app name: wcescomm.exe
appver: 3.8.0.5004
mod name: apptoport.dll
modver: 0.0.0.0
offset: 00005a5b

anyone with a clue what the heck I am doing wrong - or equally important - what I can be doing to make it right?!?!? Thanks!
