While you indeed are stating the obvious, it is always good to review the basics.
the program exists now on the computer.
it either does one of 2 things, starts trying to cinnect and then error as above, or it tries to connect and doesn't do it - i let it try for 4 hours last night.
now that i tried with intellisync trial and i get the same blasted error, so i am starting to belive it has nothing to do with the program....duh!
since i just reformatted, i am trying to seeif i missed something,
