I find ZA very buggy. Plus you don't have to actually activate the programs for them to conflict...
I would remove ZA and stay just w/ Norton or viceversa. I had the same issue, trying to install another prog. I use Norton and installed Nod32 once- took me weeks to realise what the problem was....
