I think they mean that they will be 'showing it off' at the MEDC 2005 conference, not actually sending it out to the OEMs. Just think of the MEDC 2005 conference as E3 for the PocketPC Market as opposed to the games market.

Who knows, they might announce a release date at the MEDC 2005 conference, it is something we must watch closely :)
