For those wondering what size to make your movie files Gokuu Elemental got me playing with bitrate calculators.
Here is a list of what is out there.

I got xvidbitcalc to try since I use the xvid codec
Maybe we can pool our experiences and come up with a good bitrate to use for both 320x and 640x Axim's.
It seems the movies I have done come out in the 425 to 450 bitrate range. To me they look pretty darn good.
