What are the pro's and con's of buying the Axim 400 over the 300? If you can convince me, I'll buy the 400 otherwise the 300 will be just as good and definitely considerably cheaper. I want the most bang for my buck.

I can get the Axim 300 PLUS USB cradle for $154 with free shipping, should I get that or the 400?
