At the time I purchased my 400, the price difference was so small ($50) between the two, it was no decision at all. Extra memory a bit more umph in the processor. I'm sold.

BTW, the cradle is a pain in the bottom. every time I use it I'm nervous that I'm going to break the Ax. So, I wouldn't reccomend that be a part of the decision making process.
