Mobility Site - View Single Post - Please help me! Won't create "Files" folder?

I have a Dell Axim X50v.
I have ActiveSync 3.8
ActiveSync REFUSES to create the "Files" folder on my computer.
It keeps giving me the "Attention Required" message.
Clicking the "Resolve Items" does absolutely nothing.

The problem that needs to be resolved is that ActiveSync will not
create a "Files" folder.

Any ideas on how to resolve this?
