I did not have the same problem on my wife's desktop, nor my laptop, just my office desktop.

Not familiar with ME but if I had to guess I would say that your work has something in the security settings to disallow this. I don't want to undo mine but I remember it asking where to create the folder. It was once in a system folder make sure you select "my documents" which you should have permission for.
