Mobility Site - View Single Post - Cant Sync different categories of contacts between PC and PPC

i have put my contacts on my PPC into different categories [ie clients]. when i try and sync them with outlook they all go into the main contact category. i would like to have the same categories on both my PPC and PC[ie clients, contacts, employees...etc.]. is this possible? can anyone help?
