I am frequently getting "Unresolved items" when my X50v is synching up my work calendar to my home calendar. The pop-up box is titled "Check Names" and reads "Microsoft Outlook does not recognize 'Johnson, Howard'. If you have used a comma to separate addresses; click Cancel, replace the commas with semicolons, and then click Send again." It does not tell me which appointment it is stuck on.

It then goes through every name on the appointment and tries to find it in my Contacts. This is very frustrating. BTW, I'm not using commas.

What do I need to do to stop the checking of these names in Contacts?
