Microsoft Active Directory Preventing Sync
This is a follow-up email to my "Need Help Please" post of April 27, 2005. I have now determined that my inability to sync has been caused by my office's migration to Microsoft Active Directory. I think Active Directory has blocked my ability to install the drivers for my Axim X30H. My IT people are unwilling to provide support because the office only supports office-issued Palm Pilots (a circa 2001 Palm device), and I switched from an office-issued Palm to my personal PPC.
Has anyone encountered problems with Active Directory and Activesync and come up with solutions or work arounds? As always, thanks much to the Aximsite.com community. :)
