Gigi, when you are web browsing with PIE on your Rogers Paygo plan, are you charged the same as the a voice call?

For example, as per the link above, say I went for the 33c/min anytime plan. While connected to the internet, would I also be charged 33c per minute, or would there be additional data charges?
