Thanks for the response Rob (cool avatar).
I understand your advice, but it's just not practical. I schedule meetings with a very large variety of people (very large company) and my Contacts folder would be jammed if I included everyone. Also, my own name comes up every time and it IS in my Contacts folder.
Why is it trying to sync these names with my Contacts folder anyway? Is there anyway to do field mapping and just leave the attendees off?
I've seen some other user websites where this problem is mentioned and it seems that there is no solution. Hopefully Microsoft will fix this big-time problem, but I'm not optimistic.
