Mobility Site - View Single Post - Add/Remove Programs pops up with every sync

I tried to install a program (Storagetools), and it didn't install. Since then, every time I sync, the Add/Remove Programs dialog pops up as if trying to install it. Eventhough each I time I click to install it to the default location and select okay, it doesn't install, and the dialog still appears next time. How can I get this unstuck, and hopefully then properly install Storagetools? Thanks.
