I saw that the X50v is going to get the upgrade to WM5. I saw that one of the major features is the moving of data to flash and running programs to RAM only. My question is how well will the X50v cope with this as it was built with RAM being used more and therefore built faster and the ROM was built for the OS only. I have read that the BIS is slower than say SD so I was wondering if this would affect performance. I am considering upgrading to VGA from my trusty X3 but was wondering how future proof the X50v is as there will be many more new VGA devices. This will make my decision on upgrading as I would like both VGA and WM5 and if it isnt as good as future ones built solely for WM5 then it wouldn't be woth me upgrading yet.
