Get the Dell 312MHZ w/Wifi+BT. Its enough for your movie playing. I currently use that one and have my processor speed set for 208MHZ with NO lag whatsoever when i'm watching videos (i do that alot for my 2hr commute everyday). The picture and sound quality is great.

If your in the USA, wait for a better deal instead of getting a Refurb unit :) If your the type to wanna carry a # of movies then I suggest you start saving up your money and buy a 2gb sd card. Currently on Dell for $133.49
