I have a LinkSys and it works great, so far!

I had to manually enter the DNS settings in the Network Adapters section under settings for PIE to work?

Or the second option also worked, on your wireless gateway put the gateway's ip address in as the first DNS server and then the other two DNS addresses as 2 and 3, these are from your ISP.
