Mobility Site - View Single Post - encode to 320x240 divx but gets out of sync help me master encoders!

What are your settings? i.e. what resolution and what bitrate?

and yeah, i'm following that guide (which is the same as the one on pocketmatrix site). are you encoding at full 320x240?
