Here is a copy of the letter I just sent back to DHELL on notifying me that my hAxim is going to be delayed until 02/04/03! I ordered it on 12/31/03!

"Though at this time I choose not to cancel. I do think your company is handling the Axim issue in an EXTREMELY POOR manner. I like others should not had to wait until the ship day to be notified! I believe your company should do something to recompense us "CUSTOMERS" like giving the rebate instantly instead of the check or an additional percent off. This reflects very badly on your advertising of "outstanding customer service".

I will in due course inform my local BBB of your actions if I do not recieve some sort of recompense for this horrible wait time. As for word of mouth, you have earned even more bad feelings within this household. I will also be alerting the head of purchasing for my large computer outsourcing company of this poor treatment. "

Let's just say these are not idle thoughts and I do work for one of the top 5 computer outsourcing companies.

I encourage all waiting for their hAxims to send a similar letter. Also, please put your information into Bizrate.com! Together we can make a difference in how this company treats us! :o
