Almost all forums use PHP these days. This one included. I'm entering these comments via Pocket IE on this page:

So what is your question? All browsers for PPC load such pages. My complaint was about saving them. I just tried saving this one, then opening it in a new blank window. Wouldn't open. PIE just kept flashing, failing to load and trying every 1/2 second or so.
