Dell replaced my motherboard
Hi, I am one of the unlucky people to have had my usb ports fried by the Axim. My pc is a Dell Dimension 8300 (still under the guarantee :) , and after several HOURS on support with the Philipines and India it was decided that my ports were fried. Dell sent someone to my home to replace the motherboard. Now I only sync wirelessly. If the new sync doesn't included wireless sync, I won't upgrade, as I don't want to go through support again!
