Mobility Site - View Single Post - Active sync-only seeing me as a guest?

How about this one. My axim was syncing fine, no problems.
Then all of a sudden, when I put it in the cradle, active sync pops up and thinks it is a guest, and will not sync it?
Any thoughts??
