Mobility Site - View Single Post - Looking for a very specific Battery tool, any help would be appreciated.

I remember reading about this but I can't find it anymore.

Can anyone recommend a lightweight battery status indicator that
1) always shows at the top bar
2) shows up as a single line going all the way across (like SPB Pocket Plus)
3) and is free?
