I hope its safe to assume that majority users do use screen protectors.

If you have a screen protector on, remove it first and then realign and see if the problem persists. If it does, contact Dell and ask that they fix the problem.

doh just re-read and understood that your just inquiring. I wouldn't worry too much about it yet till you receive ur x50v and test it out. When mass producing stuff, sometimes there just isnt enough QAing done by Dell.
