This is an ongoing problem it seems that if NIS is in the picture or was ever installed on the computer it has a problem. I have been researching the problem on the Symatec site and they seem to feel that there is no problem with Outlook 2003. I'm kind of at wits end with this problem. I don't know who is at fault, but it seems that something is preventing AS from accessing Outlook. I am never given the prompt that says, something is trying to access Outlook.
