Quick question about ROM updates and how they relate to Operating System updates: are the Dell ROM updates necessary when we eventually update to Windows Mobile 5?
Are these updates independent of each other so that if you update to WM5 when it becomes available, you also may want to update to whatever the latest Dell ROM update is (maybe 04 by that time)?
If that is the case and you have the X50 that you will be upgrading to WM5 when it comes out, it would be easier to wait and upgrade the ROM and OS at the same time to avoid the hassel of reloading all your Main Memory software multiple times.
