hi okay my brother is now without the internet and is bugging the heck out of me.

okay heres the situation.-dell deminsion 3000.
my brother lost his backup cds
he got a virus that really messed up his computer
he tried to back up with my fathers cds.
he has a huge chunk of metal. LOL no really though it doesnt work now.

i tried to chat with dell but i couldnt get it working and i dont know where else to go so i came here. my second home. no really though what can he do?
