Call Dell and ask them to send you recovery cd's. Or take any XP Pro or Home (use the disk for what you have) cd and load that. The code is on the side of the case. It does not care where you got the disk. Once you are on the net you can download from Dell the drivers that you need. If you need the network driver you can use any pc and download that. Dell will send out "recovery" cd's.
